Our goal is to make our clients glow from inside out! 🚨READ BEOFRE BOOKING🚨 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BRIDAL WEDDINGS ✨ Please contact via email for availability! ✨ Requires a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract to secure your wedding date. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PRE-APPOINTMENT INFO: ~ All appointments require a non-refundable retainer fee. This fee retains the service providers time. ~ The retainer fee will go towards your service total unless you cancel or reschedule the original appointment. ~ You are responsible for checking and reading the client forms and contracts. Copies will be sent to the email on file. BOOKING POLICY: ~ A prepayment (retainer fee) is required to book and deducted from your total service cost at the time of checkout. ~ All appointments must be booked online using the booking link below, or the “Book Now” buttons found on social media platforms and google. ~ All booked appointments are submitted as a request and are subject to service provider’s approval. Changes to the appointment will be made where necessary before finalizing the approval. NAIL APPOINTMENTS: ~ All services requested to be performed must be booked with your appointment in order to ensure enough time is blocked out for your service. Meaning if you need nail art, then please add that to your booking. If the service isn’t booked, adding it on during your appointment is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. LATE POLICY: ~ There is a 10 minute grace period for your appointment, after 10 minutes you will be charged $15.00. ~ After 15 minutes your appointment will automatically be canceled and charged per the “same day cancellation / no show” policy. ~ Showing up tardy excessively will result in banning from booking. Please respect the service provider’s time and plan ahead. PAYMENT POLICY: ~ All forms of payment, include cash, all major debit/credit cards, Venmo, CashApp are accepted. ~ No Refunds. Service provider will repair any errors within (3) days of initial service if damage is caused under normal wear conditions. ~ The prepayment that was required at the time of booking will be deducted from your total service cost at the time of checkout. CANCELLATION / NO-SHOWS POLICY: ~ The client is responsible for booking cancelling and showing up to their own appointments. ~ There is a 48-Hour cancellation window. The client is responsible for cancelling and rescheduling their own appointments 48 hours before the scheduled day/time of their appointment. ~ If the client fails to communicate within the 48 hour time frame, they will be charged a No Show/Cancellation fee of 100% total service cost and forfeit their original retainer fee/prepayment. TRAVEL FEES: This section is for NON-BRIDAL, Photoshoots & Special Events travel fee. Any requests to work on-site will charged a travel fee listed in the following below. Flat Rate Fee ✨In-town (Anchorage/Eagle River): $50 ✨Wasilla/Palmer/Girdwood: $70 OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS FEE: ✨A fee of $20 is applied to any appointment requests outside of business hours. Cancellation Policy

✨ The client is responsible for booking, cancelling and showing up to their own appointments.
✨ A one-time rescheduling is allowed only. Client will be charged a prepayment booking fee if a second rescheduling is needed.
✨ There is a 48-Hour cancellation window. The client is responsible for cancelling and rescheduling their own appointments 48 hours before the scheduled day/time of their appointment.
✨ If the client fails to communicate within the 48 hour time frame, they will be charged a No Show/No Text/Cancellation fee of 100% total service cost and forfeit their original retainer fee/prepayment.
